Event Planning & Production Portfolio

Over the years, I have planned and delivered a range of events, both independently and in collaboration with partners. My experience includes professional networking events, community-focused gatherings, business events, workshops, and custom event concepts.

My involvement covered the full event journey: developing the initial concept, defining the audience and format, sourcing and coordinating venues and suppliers, managing partners and collaborators, planning communications and promotion, handling registrations and attendee experience, and overseeing delivery on the day.

Marketing was often closely connected to the event planning itself. This included developing the event positioning and messaging, creating promotional campaigns and content, coordinating partnerships, supporting ticket or registration acquisition, and maintaining communication with attendees before and after the event.

Working on events strengthened a different set of skills that I continue to use across my work today: turning an idea into a structured plan, coordinating multiple moving parts, communicating with different stakeholders, solving problems quickly, and ultimately making sure the experience works in practice.

I have worked on events both as part of collaborative projects and as the lead organizer, taking responsibility for the process from early planning through to execution.
