Founder Institute Cyprus

As a Local Leader for Founder Institute Cyprus, I am actively involved in the local delivery and operation of the accelerator program, working with founders, mentors, partners, and the wider startup ecosystem throughout the program cycle.

My role spans both the operational and community sides of running the accelerator. This includes communicating directly with participating founders, coordinating with mentors and ecosystem partners, supporting and attending program sessions, organizing events, managing program communications, and helping ensure that the different parts of the accelerator come together effectively.

I am also involved in the marketing and growth of the local chapter, from promoting applications and program milestones to building awareness within the Cyprus startup community and developing relationships that strengthen the program's local presence.

The work requires constant coordination between a global accelerator framework and the realities of running the program locally. It brings together operations, communication, marketing, event organization, relationship management, and community building within one ongoing project.

Rather than being a traditional client engagement, this is a hands-on leadership role that has given me direct experience in what it takes to build and run an accelerator community around early-stage founders.
