Objective

Create a connected marketing structure capable of supporting multiple audiences, initiatives and customer journeys across a growing startup and investment ecosystem.

AAlchemy operates across a complex startup and investment ecosystem, bringing together multiple initiatives, audiences, programs, communities and commercial objectives.

My role has been to provide strategic marketing leadership across that ecosystem: creating the structure that connects the different parts of the business while allowing each proposition to remain relevant to its specific audience.

The work started by looking beyond individual channels and mapping the wider ecosystem around audiences, needs, propositions and customer journeys. From there, I developed the strategic architecture connecting positioning, messaging, acquisition, nurturing, conversion and ongoing relationships.

The strategy extends across content, founder positioning, CRM direction, digital presence, community development, events and partnerships. Rather than treating these as separate marketing activities, each is given a defined role within the wider customer journey.

As the ecosystem has evolved, my role has also involved continuously adapting the marketing direction, aligning new initiatives and priorities with the wider strategy, and ensuring that growth does not create unnecessary fragmentation.

I lead the strategic direction while working with the wider team and external specialists to translate it into implementation across different channels, campaigns and initiatives.

The result is a connected marketing framework that gives a complex, evolving ecosystem clearer audiences, journeys, communication roles and strategic direction — while remaining flexible enough to support continued growth.
