Case Study:
Aphrodite Picnic is a boutique event planning service specializing in luxury outdoor picnics. Working with my partner, I am managing the social media accounts for this brand, creating content that showcased the elegance and unique experiences the company offers. The goal is to build brand recognition, engage with the local community, and generate interest for new customers through organic social media strategies.
As part of this project, I create a content strategy, and long-term and short-term goals, design social posts, and ensure periodical engagement with followers. We focused on visually appealing imagery and storytelling to convey the brand's aesthetic and offerings, while also highlighting customer testimonials and behind-the-scenes moments from actual events.
Goals:
Goal 1: Increase Instagram followers by 20% over three months.
Goal 2: Drive engagement with the local community through interactive posts
Goal 3: Promote seasonal offers and services with organic posts (without paid ads).
Results:
-Increased Instagram followers by 18% over the first 3 months (a steady, organic growth).
-Boosted engagement by 15%, with notable improvements in direct messages.
-Local awareness of the brand started to rise, with more inquiries about bookings, particularly for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. While full conversion into bookings has not yet been fully realized, the foundations for future success are in place, particularly with growing brand visibility.
This project demonstrates the development of a social media strategy tailored to a niche event planning service. While results are still in the early stages, the foundation for growing the brand's presence and building a loyal local following has been successfully laid.
